Our client is a leading international financial services and insurance group with offices across the globe.
They are looking for a Lead IT Business Analyst to take on a crucial role in their Health insurance division. The perfect candidate will lead and execute business analysis tasks, work closely with cross-functional teams, and drive the implementation of IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to align IT solutions with strategic goals.
• Drive end-to-end IT solution delivery, from requirements gathering to validation.
• Oversee initiative intake to ensure strategic alignment and value delivery.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide expertise in healthcare practices, claims management, and compliance.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Mentor junior business analysts and promote continuous learning.
• Conduct feasibility studies, budget analyses, and resource planning.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or systems implementation in health insurance.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and operations, especially in claims.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and requirements management tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
